After exploring the possibility of purchasing a modular home, we met with Beaber Const. in October, 2025. We wanting to raze our old cottage and rebuild a new one. Ryan developed a plan that would have us in a new cottage by July, 2026. Construction began in February and was completed by the middle of June. Very impressed with the quality of the structure we received. Ryan and Trent were always accessible when I had questions during the building process.
Very easy builder to work with. Willing to work with local sub contractors. Communicate very well during the whole building process. The quality of the build is top notch.
Made me feel stupid for calling about a plan two weeks after he viewed the site and job Then 2 months later reached out to him and he would not respond. Wasted 2 months time. Irresponsible unrelaible no conscious if he doesn’t want job. Might be good builder lol. Take your chances. New builder gave me timeline with plan readying in 4 weeks I
