Jen’s waxing is clean and quick. She’s very knowledgeable and fun to be around. I’ve been going for for Years!
Very unprofessional, and the response below is comical. Typical issues with supporting black businesses was the issue, including promptness and policies that do nothing for the customer, only the “business” owner. I would not recommend booking with her until she learns better business practices and customer service skills.
