I booked an install package that included a wash and blow dry. Upon arrival, the stylist was unaware that a wash had been scheduled. She reconfirmed the use of 3 bundles, which had already been established in prior written communication. After I responded “yes,” she stated that my tone sounded annoyed and chose to refund the deposit and cancel the appointment rather than proceed with the scheduled service. I’ve had two wonderful appointments so far. Yvonne was extremely professional and kind. She made me feel comfortable to voice my opinions on my hair and I’ve loved my look every time! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wide range of styles.
