What a hidden gem of a health and wellness spot in Muscatine! The sauna was great, and the pricing is quite a steal if you come often ($39/month for 1 commodity unlimited uses, or $99/month for ALL commodities unlimited uses). I'll definitely be coming back!

I took a chance visiting a new place based off the services available on the website and I am very happy I did! I started with the Ionic Foot Bath and it was very relaxing and also eye opening. I was shocked to see what the detoxing process looked like (pic attached), but I did feel a lot better afterward and had almost no foot pain, which was a very welcomed improvement. I have been dealing with a ripped shoulder muscle for a very long time so I went in to see them and I did only 15 minutes of infrared and the relief was phenomenal. I plan on going back several days in a row for the next few months to see if I can get that repaired. So much better than planning a surgery and not being able to do anything for 4 to 6 weeks.
