Love this place! Reasonably priced and i like the different things they have to offer. I got the inflammation pkg and i think my favorite is the infrared sauna ive used 2 days in a row and I could definitely tell a difference in how I felt.
This has helped me so much in my recovery with my body anyone looking for something to help with the energy drain or something thats to help boost your energy levels or even looking for something to help your overall health best decision I've made
What a hidden gem of a health and wellness spot in Muscatine! The sauna was great, and the pricing is quite a steal if you come often ($39/month for 1 commodity unlimited uses, or $99/month for ALL commodities unlimited uses). I'll definitely be coming back!

I took a chance visiting a new place based off the services available on the website and I am very happy I did! I started with the Ionic Foot Bath and it was very relaxing and also eye opening. I was shocked to see what the detoxing process looked like (pic attached), but I did feel a lot better afterward and had almost no foot pain, which was a very welcomed improvement.
