My 11 year old got her ears pierced by Stu and they were absolutely incredible. The whole experience was so comfortable and fun and everything was super clean and professional. Highly recommend!
Okay so this was such a cool shop! Loved the jewelry selection, relaxing atmosphere, and the staff. Stu was my piercer and I couldn't have asked for a more chill person to stab my nose. Oh also they show you the indicator strip for the autoclave which is so cool!
I had a situation with my jewelry falling out of a healed piercing, and ended up making an appointment with Stu for some upgraded jewelry to remedy the situation. They were AMAZING! They were excited about the jewelry and their excitement was contagious. They were very gentle and walked me through every step of the process. My seven year old daughter wanted her ears pierced but the place I usually go to didn't have any availability. I chose Be-You-tiful because of how they seem very serious about cleanliness from what I could tell online. Well they are just as serious in person. They show you everything is sterile and change gloves several times. My daughter ended up only getting one side done because she said it hurt too much, but the piercer, Lindsey, was very nice and patient. She accommodated us with this change.
