If you are seeking a knowledgeable results driven effective massage therapist then look no further. As a massage therapist myself I am picky about the work I receive. Michelle at be you renewal spa blew me away with her passion and knowledge. I actually learned a ton myself from this session. I had been having a lot of challenge with waking up to cramps in my left leg every night and have had lots of migraines recently. I’ve had both massages and facials with Michelle. She has a wide variety of quality products and customized the facial to my personal skin goals. My skin looked amazing and felt refreshed! After my massage I felt so much relief, I regularly hike and had an old ankle injury that always bothered me; however, when we were done the inflammation visibly decreased and I had a greater range of motion. She is truly an individual whose goal is to provide healing and results whatever the service.
