My daughter booked an appointment for my granddaughter to have her hair trimmed and just her bangs slightly coloured. She explained exactly what she wanted when she booked the appointment. She was then contacted and told that she needed a “consultation” for the colour. So her appointment had to be rescheduled instead of just doing the “consultation” on the day of the appointment.
