Oftentimes, certain wellness-related experiences can feel repetitive, but experiencing Be You Disco was unlike any other wellness activity I have ever participated in before. Never did I think I would have the confidence to jump in the middle of a circle of strangers and dance my heart out, but Be You Disco made me feel a sense of acceptance I have only ever felt while in that room.
