The experience with Technician Mike was very knowledgeable He arrived on time and did a very detailed inspection of the dryer vent prior to starting any work and did great of repairing the dryer vent as well as performing maintenance on the dryer vent and a very thorough cleaning of the dryer duct The work was done very efficiently.
First of all they give accurate pricing which is important. Sam came out on time professional and extremely courteous. He did a great job getting the tight fit dryer out and got to work. He made sure to show me the pictures of the vent pipe before and after he cleaned it. He tested the dryer and I am happy with a piece of mind that my system is clean.
