I am very picky about my doctors but when I find one I stick with them. Dr. Nnewihe, and Dr. Jennifer Hawkins are absolutely amazing. These ladies have guided me through difficult situations and lead me to recovery! I am grateful for their knowledge and skills.
The last time I was at the office I had such a great experience but they now seem to be having some system/scheduling and personnel issues. After rescheduling an appointment last week due to jury duty I was contacted today by a scheduler (Kristina) who was confused about why I had an appointment marked as both rescheduled and confirmed. Dr N is amazing, entire staff makes you feel very comfortable, they really care. Everyone is very friendly.
Lack of communication, appts are months away, no structure. I am very disappointed as this office has great reviews but confused on how.
