My 1-star rating is not to do with the massage itself, which was unexceptional but fine. My issue is with the lack of communication and unprofessional payment practice. At no point prior to the appointment was mention made of what types of payment were accepted. I assumed payment by card would not be an issue as I was not told otherwise and I have always used my health savings card for massages.
