I have been seeing Rachel on a monthly basis for almost 2 years now and I don't know what I would do without her! Her space is as warm and welcoming as she is. Rachel takes the time to listen to you while also “listening” to your body. I always leave feeling better than when I came in and fully refreshed!
Rachael brings the healing arts to a whole new level. She truly listens to her clients and helps them to listen to their own bodies. She brings healing to the body and to the spirit. Treat yourself, you deserve it.
I've been coming to Rachael for over a year. She is the absolute best! She really customizes your massage to what you need and how your body responds to her work. I've never had a "cookie cutter" massage with her! She also asks great questions to get to the core of what's going on with your body. On top of everything, I've really been impressed with the level of professionalism and hygeine I've experienced at the studio during COVID-19. I would recommend Be Well to anyone (and I do!)
Rachael Shores is Magical!! So so professional and knows how to make you feel better!! I see her on a regular basis such great Self care!!!
