I scheduled an appointment at Be Well Primary Care to establish myself as a new patient, but I never even made it past the front desk. Due to horrific traffic, I attempted to call the office and adivse that I would be late, however, I could not get anyone on the phone. I arrived six minutes past my appointment time. As a former nurse, I tend to be very picky with my providers. I was forced, due to a change in insurance, to find a new PCP, and this practice, in Denton, has blown me away with how wonderful, thorough, and friendly they are!
