You shouldn't have to give this place 1 star I wasted my morning going here. The nurse practitioner told me there's no way to tell if you have cancer until severe symptoms show up I have a knot in my neck. I know they can tell by MRI or something they also display you'r ID on a computer screen for anyone standing at the counter to see. They kept printing up referrals and prescriptions with someone else's name on them and getting my name wrong 3 times even tho they have my driver's license pulled up where anyone could walk up... read more
New pt appt. The MA and Dr Krann we're both very personable professional and easy to talk to. I think we are going to get along great.

First time being seen at Be Well Primary Care - Azle. Great service, awesome staff, pleasant environment. Ronnie is AWESOME!! I was seen by Dr. Kraan. He was WONDERFUL!!! He was so friendly, he answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. He took his time explaining my health plan and medication. Overall, I had a great visit and experience.
