I’m not happy with their services. Patient portal is a thing no one keeps up with and the phone they always busy. They send you messages to talk through patient portal but no response. The billing system is awful! It’s a headache so save your selves from it.
Wonderful PCP. Staff is very friendly and are very helpful.
Dr. Kraan is amazingly kind and interested in my health and my understanding. The hospital doctors usually showed up for maybe five minutes but in the hospital I was just a process on their checklist. However the office staff is hard to reach over the phone and it is often several days before prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy. It doesn’t seem to do any good to leave a voice mail. In person, at the Azle office, the office staff is very helpful but I often have to go to the office to get anything done.
