Appt was at 1:30 waited 1 hour still waiting to see doctor . This has happened before. Dr. Kraan takes a long time.
I do not recommend this office. Having to park at a funeral home and walk up a grassy hill for my first two appointments was very off putting to say the least. I spoke with the office manager and they have no plans to fix the issue. When asked about scheduling accordingly to what their parking can handle, they said they schedule according to their providers ability. Thank goodness I don't have mobility issues.
