Krista has been essential in my recovery and regaining range of motion, strength, and stability in my shoulder. After the first session I was already experiencing relief from chronic pain I had for six months. She is extremely competent and quickly identifies areas of tension and weakness. Our sessions have become a blend of stretching, trigger point work, and exercise practice and review. I am so grateful to have been introduced to Krista and because of her I have a lot of hope for my physical well-being.

I went to see Dr. Connelly after experiencing some back pain and stiffness. Through a few visits and exercise and homework, Krista was able to make my pain and stiffness go away. Really. Instead of having to go back regularly, her thoughtful attention and expertise helped me immensely. Thanks Krista!

I highly recommend Be Well Physical Therapy! I came to Krista with multiple issues and she took the time to help me at the root of the problem. You can really tell she cares about helping people and makes the effort to personalize the treatment plan.

Krista is a wonderful, compassionate physical therapist, who carefully listens to understand your challenges and works to find different approaches to help you continue to make progress in meeting your goals. She is encouraging, positive, and flexible. At the same time, she is not afraid to think outside-the-box and try different approaches when something isn’t working. I would highly recommend Krista.
