Therapeutic TMJ and Facial Massage This treatment was incredibly helpful in relieving the pressure and tightness in my jaw. I felt a little sore immediately afterward, but by the next day, my mouth and jaw felt noticeably more relaxed, with no lingering tightness or soreness. It is definitely a treatment I would continue regularly to help manage the pressure that builds up in my jaw and facial muscles. I highly recommend it to anyone experiencing jaw tension or discomfort.

I was referred to Katt by a friend. Katt is by far the best masseuse I’ve ever been to — she is very knowledgeable and tailors the massage exactly to what your body needs. She also offers stretches to help restore the body. I’ve been going to her after I had my third c-section and my body is healing so much faster than if i wasn’t getting my monthly massage. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Absolutely the best. I have a lot of tightness and knots that causes me a lot of discomfort and Kat truly knows how to work through tension. It’s so much more than just an hour of relaxation, she actually targets the problem. I always walk out feeling lighter and so much better.
