Are you sick of being rushed through doctor's appointments and having so many different doctors who don't look at your health holistically? If so, do yourself a favor and book an appointment to meet Dr. Appel! She is very patient, knowledgeable, thorough in her care and follow-up and skilled at finding the systematic root of problems that cause ailments. Dr. Appel even has great bedside manner in the eyes of my teenage daughter, who is age-appropriately discerning when it comes to her view of adults.
Dr. Appel is amazing to work with! I met with her to discuss ways to monitor some minor, ongoing health concerns and to ask about natural ways to improve my focus during the workday. Dr. Appel provided solutions to both of my asks! In addition, Dr. Appel took the time to review my bloodwork with me in detail so that I can focus on improving my health in ways that I had never thought about. Dr. Appel made me feel comfortable sharing my health concerns and I felt like she truly cared about my wellbeing.
I can not thank Dr. Appel enough for taking all the time with me, making sure I felt understood, and following up with messages super fast. She goes above and beyond and brings a set of new knowledge to this small valley.
