I had the most amazing appointment today at Be Well Family and Wellness. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was a breath of fresh air. I normally get really nervous at doctor’s appointments, but Dr. Jones made me feel completely safe and at ease. She took the time to truly speak with me and provided such a professional, upbeat, and caring bedside manner. I am so glad I found Be Well. If you’re looking for a primary care doctor for any reason, do yourself a favor and book an appointment.
Listen Up! I cannot express in words how amazing it is to have Dr. Jones and her staff care for me. First of all, after my experiences during the COVID pandemic I desperately wanted a personal physician that knew me and my history. When I walk in the door, they know me. When I text or call, they know me. She is the best and most attentive doctor I’ve had in my 55 years plus. Dr Jones is absolutely amazing! I felt heard and welcomed. It’s rare to find a doctor who positions themselves as your partner and not the authority in the room. Keisha greeted me with a smile and made me feel like family. I am so happy I found this practice!
Dr. Aminah Jones is wonderful! I loved that she listened to every concern that I had. Because I'm visual, she gave pictures to explain my symptoms. I have finally found a doctor that I'm truly satisfied with. Overall 5 stars
