I have recently been treated by Sarena for a chronic morning hip pain that had been ongoing for more than 6 months. I put off treatment as the pain would be gone in the afternoon. But it slowly got worse. I am now completely pain free and regret not getting treatment earlier. Thank you Sarena. I always look forward to my session with Sarena. She knows exactly how to gently relax all the tense muscles and find the ‘tight’ spots 100% of the time. The treatments are never rushed and she takes the time to listen to how I’m feeling.
Went in with hip, back and neck issues. Amazing service. Everything explained clearly, I'm a big guy and she managed to work on me really well. Can only say positive things.
