I visited Be Well 3 times as preparation for an upcoming ultra marathon. As a long time runner, I've seen LOTS of chiropractors but Sarena at Be Well stood out! The key focus for me was a bit of pain and lack of free movement in what Sarena helped me identify as my Sacrum. Outstanding results and apparent from the first visit.
I have recently been treated by Sarena for a chronic morning hip pain that had been ongoing for more than 6 months. I put off treatment as the pain would be gone in the afternoon. But it slowly got worse. I am now completely pain free and regret not getting treatment earlier. Thank you Sarena. I always look forward to my session with Sarena. She knows exactly how to gently relax all the tense muscles and find the ‘tight’ spots 100% of the time. The treatments are never rushed and she takes the time to listen to how I’m feeling.
