Deepti has deep knowledge of how the body functions and what needs to be done to make it better. She is very informative. Her Physical Therapy background gives her an edge when it comes to massage and getting to the root of the problem. She worked hard at releasing things and spent a lot of time giving me exercises to help my body loosen up to alleviate my pain. I saw her due to her great reviews and you should too.
She was knowledgeable and offered good exercises to help through the healing process. I highly recommend her.
Deepti has been working on my body for over a year. She is not only a massage therapist who listens, cares and does an incredible job, she is also a trained PT who really knows how to help my body feel better. At the end of my appointment, Deepti will always recommend stretches I can do, as well as whether to put heat or ice on a specific area. I trust her so much, I have referred my two adult sons to her.
