Be Well Bodyworks is a beautiful and serene place where you can feel the stress start to leave your body from the moment you walk in. The staff are talented, professional, and take pride in addressing any areas of pain and discomfort and ensuring you feel better by the time you walk out the door. I've already been there three times and I look forward to being a regular customer at this lovely woman-owned enterprise.
Emma was great. I am recovering from a nasty knee and ankle injury. Emma's attention was focused on first listening carefully to my description of the injury, and resulting sensitivity, and was exactly what was needed before applying her skilled therapeutic massage technique to help the healing process along. I’ve had massages with several therapists here, and each of them brings something special. Julie uses very deep pressure and is incredibly skilled. She has an impressive ability to hone in on a knot or problem area with precision rather than simply going through the same routine every time. Long time client for massage therapy (shout out to Raymond) and tried contrast therapy for the first time. A really wonderful experience. The room is totally private and quiet, with option to adjust light color, timers for both sauna and cold plunge, and a rainforest shower with great products. You get to choose cold plunge temperature from a few options and it is set at the start of sessions. Towels provided too. Left feeling refreshed and calm. Will be back for more.
Have been going here for a while for massages. Started doing the sauna at their new location and it’s absolutely amazing. Highly recommend any of their services, everything is top notch quality!
