Long time client for massage therapy (shout out to Raymond) and tried contrast therapy for the first time. A really wonderful experience. The room is totally private and quiet, with option to adjust light color, timers for both sauna and cold plunge, and a rainforest shower with great products. You get to choose cold plunge temperature from a few options and it is set at the start of sessions. Towels provided too. Left feeling refreshed and calm. Will be back for more.
Have been going here for a while for massages. Started doing the sauna at their new location and it’s absolutely amazing. Highly recommend any of their services, everything is top notch quality!
I absolutely love Be Well Bodyworks! I’ve been going monthly for massage for the past few years, and the experience has always been amazing. Their new location is absolutely beautiful, and I’m so excited about all the new wellness options they’ve added. The private wellness rooms are incredible! OMG, this was my first time having the Trifecta! First was the Red Light Therapy, next came the most chilling - the Contrast Therapy where you shower under vitamin C water then get in the sauna, afterwards get the nerves to plunge in the cold plunge. Third, I had a Fantastic massage with Whitley! I am sooo relax and feel really good. If you've never had the contrast, give it a try, I really enjoyed it!
