Be Thy You has an immaculate space where when you enter you take off your shoes and leave all the stress of the outside world behind. Krishena works wonders with her massage techniques, she is very professional and provided some insights into some of the pains and tightness I was experiencing in my body and gave me some advice about posture and stretching that could improve my condition. The absolute best deep tissue massage I have ever gotten.100% recommending this place....it's more than just a massage... It's body healing.
I have had tremendous healing with this expert massage therapist's techniques in massaging the areas affected. She gets right to the problem. I highly recommend Krishena. She is a professional with exceptional ability, and she's EXCELLENT!
Just had my second massage - she found my trapped neck nerve that have bothered me for more then a year; and after first massage I was feeling 50% better; it’s not just a pretty massage place, but unique by approach in finding and fixing that problem that cause the discomfort. Such professional and welcoming! And have very futuristic salt capsule- I didn’t try yet, but planing next time.
All I can say is wow! I did the red light, which was great, and got a quick massage for a chronic issue I've been having, and OMG! I have gone to other places for deep tissue and sports massage, but none have ever come close. Krishena's knowledge of the body as an interconnected system and her hands, omg, her hands are on point! Finally a woman with serious hand strength to get into those tough spots. 10 out of 10 recommend!
