I cannot say enough good things about Bozhena! I have been seeing her for a few months and I feel she has helped me grow, heal, and manage my anxiety so much in that short time. She is down-to-earth and very easy to talk to. She utilizes brainspotting which has helped me tremendously. I am very grateful for her and would highly recommend!

She gave strategies to improve family relationships that is applicable to daily life. Best coach and therapist
