Anytime I come home to visit family, I go on the hunt for a 24/7 gym. I was hesitant with this one as I had never been there, known anyone that uses the facility, or seen so much competition focused equipment BUT WOW was I pleasantly surprised. Getting access to the facility was seamless, honestly it was so easy I thought I was being punked! An immaculate gym with a great overall performance program. Equipped with a large variety of functional and strength performance machines, free weights and strongman equipment. 24/7 access is phenomenal and very smooth it also has plenty of accessory work devises and bands for mobility and small/large extremities.

I was in town for a week for work and needed a gym with a drop-in rate. I stumbled upon Be Strong Ky, and wow, what a pleasant surprise! I loved the few days I spent working out here. I typically exercise early in the morning, so I was thrilled to see they offer 24/7 access. The gym has that old-school, garage-gym vibe that I absolutely love. They’ve got everything you need for a great workout. The only suggestion I have is adding a prowler sled—other than that, it’s perfect!
