Super friendly staff and members! Welcomed me during a drop in week as if I was their own! Highly recommend.
Thank you to the community at Be Strong. Came for a drop in from Cleveland Ohio area. Everyone was very welcoming. Coaches were great at showing me around and getting familiar with their lay out. Members were more than welcoming as I always find in the CrossFit community ! I love this sport and am so happy when I can find homes away from home to keep me going !
I’ve been going to this CrossFit gym for a while now, and I absolutely love it! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and truly know what they’re doing — they take the time to teach proper technique and push you to get better every day. The community here is amazing too; it’s welcoming, supportive, and motivating. Whether you’re just starting out or have been doing CrossFit for years, this is the perfect place to challenge yourself and feel right at home. I can’t recommend it enough!
