Customized massage. Nicole is super knowledgeable and great at educating, plus gives a fabulous massage. The massage rooms are beautiful and relaxing.
A truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience!! Nicole was professional, attentive, and highly skilled. Even taking the time to explain why I might be dealing with tension in certain areas. The overall atmosphere was very calm and soothing. 10/10 experience!! I would definitely recommend and will absolutely be back!

January 16, 2025 update. Everything I have written before is still true. Reagan is amazing and very caring in her treatment. This time I was exceptionally stiff in my lower back, legs and feet, but she managed to loosen them all and gave me advice on what to do at home. One big change is that Be Simple moved to a new address, and I really like the fact that there is no longer a staircase to climb. The new setting is pleasant and accessible.
