Brought 2 headlights that needed to be wired and connected. Was quoted around 250-350 ended up being 650. Mind you I brought the actual parts myself… I asked for them to check my battery and no price was mentioned. I can literally go buy a multimeter and check for myself and was charged $50 for the battery check. I called to tell them about the problem and they said he will credit it back to me only if I get my oil pan changed with them.
I wanted to share our experience from start to finish with Mary on the phone assisting us on getting our TCNJ students car towed to EJ communicating about the part & repair. Knowing that our son was away at school and we could find a reliable, family friendly, trustworthy service station meant so much to us. We are so grateful to all of the staff. Life gets hard and you can’t always rely on people but you can certainly rely on them to help and be a friend to your college kids.
Don't waste your time going any place else, this place is incredible!! Great service both customer and quality of work, the best prices you will find ANYWHERE!!!!! This is a garage from years gone past, honest, hard working and gives a damn about the customer.
I was having some issues with my transmission and the dealership quoted me over $5500 for the repair. Luckily, I got a second opinion done at B&E and they charged me significantly less, while still maintaining dealership quality. The team here is friendly, understanding, and best of all they care a lot about their customers and the service they provide. Although this is my first time getting service here, I will be back with any future issues I may have.
