We recently had our Mercedes serviced here. We had a ton of routine maintenance taken care of - Service B, brakes, transmission fluid, coolant, winter tires installed, etc. - and our rear air suspension repaired. EJ and his team did a fantastic job. The repairs were done perfectly and everything is working as it should. I cannot tell you how many times we've taken our cars to the dealership for service, only to have to return because the job wasn't done right the first time. Great easy experience! Online scheduling was quick and communication by email and text was prompt and clear. Enjoyed my experience with customer service rep. She explained and kept me abreast of the service. Having access to the images of the issues was great. I love my 2007 C280 Mercedes, it had an oil leak and other safety issues. No pressure, I got the safety issues done. I have to think hard about that oil leak issue, it's very expensive work, which I don't have. Overall, making me feel comfortable and able to trust this repair shop was great.
They worked on my 2013 Chevey Equinox: * Efficient service timeline * Quality repairs * And great diagnostic skills. They also have a credit option if you need to male monthly payments on a repair. I thought i'd have to sell my car because she was shutting down, killing altornators, shaking on the highway and not showing millage. But they found the exact problems, and worked with me to fix them. I havent had an issue with this car since, I love this place!
Charged me $278 for nothing... Jst bought a used truck and took it to this shop for diagnostic after telling them what i thought was wrong with the car cause it was convenient for me. But looking at their bayshop i know my teuck wouldnt be able to fit in she said we will manage when i asked and i asked about how much for the diagnostic. She said they will tell me after it's done. They had my truck a whole day. Noone called me till the nxt day i called.. She responded well we found this and that issue...Yadiyada..
