Just had a massage from Charles D. It was awesome. I was have shoulder issue and he worked out all the issues in my back. Highly recommend 5 stars
Sneakily overpriced
The Concourse C Spa - Complete disappointment. Walked in hoping for express manicure as I had 45 mins before boarding. Was told the nail tech was not in yet but scheduled to be in 15 mins ago. The person assisting called to get her ETA and told me she’d be right down. Well 20 mins later and still no nail tech and no time now for a service. I guess hours and punctuality don’t mean much here as she was told she had someone waiting on her. First and last time stopping in.
Was in concourse D tonight hoping to get a mani and a pedi and since they are open late I went over. It was only 6pm and their manicurist had already left for the day... they said concourse C has one but there's no way to get to D to C without having to go back through security
