DO NOT BUY the electric 2300 PSI 1.7 max gpm electric pressure washer !! I own a detail store and I've had two in the last 2 years turn itself on at night. Come in in the morning to it running, exploded, so hot cant touch it , oil blown all over my shop floor, whole shop smells like electrical. Damn thing near burned my shop down... twice ! * DO NOT BUY *
So I got a pressure washer for Christmas and set it up first week of May (when it was nice enough out to use) and the first time I tried to use it it leaks like crazy from where the trigger and the nozzle meet i contacted them and the tech guy said it's a faulty wand but they won't send me another one because I don't have a receipt, I repeated my self and he told me to go buy one :( why would I go buy another part tat was faulty from factory! To me customer service is definitely lacking and seem like the product is not worth... read more
