This spa exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff were kind and very professional, and the atmosphere was calm and soothing. My treatment was done with great care and skill, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I will definitely be coming back!
I booked what I understood to be a 1-hour lymphatic body massage and a 1-hour lymphatic facial—the agreed-upon wording was specifically “lymphatic facial and massage.” Upon arrival, I was already on the table receiving my lymphatic massage when the front desk staff entered and disrupted the masseuse, informing me that I had only booked a regular body massage and needed to proceed with that instead.
