To echo what previous reviews have said- Erica is thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. It is clear helping babies and their families is her passion. She uses a holistic approach (exercises, positioning, feeding etc) to best help your baby. Finally, she is just fabulous with babies! Our boy has gone to PT where they push and push him until he cries- Erica understands she is working with a baby and never let's it get to that point. We are very appreciative for her help.

I had met multiple lactation consultants before I finally connected with Erica. I have two children and had significant breastfeeding challenges with both. She quickly identified the issue. After two years, I had an answer. Closure. What a gift! Erica is incredibly bright, thorough, patient, and pleasant to be around. I hope anyone who struggles with breastfeeding finds her. I will be spreading the word!

Erica was such an important part of our breastfeeding journey, and I’m so grateful we found her. My baby was born at 37 weeks and we really struggled with latching and sucking. It was stressful and discouraging at times, and I often wondered if breastfeeding was going to work for us. Erica stepped in with so much knowledge, patience, and encouragement. We found immediate success with Erica’s help! My 13 month old was having trouble weaning off formula and within 12 hours of meeting with Erica, my husband and I saw a change in our toddler. He was sitting (willingly) at the table and actually trying everything on his plate. Last night we had enchiladas and it was gone! Working with and not against your child, who knew!?!?

Erica is incredible-she is kind, thorough and so knowledgeable. She provided the tools and support needed to be successful with feeding challenges and made big issues feel manageable and less overwhelming.
