We stayed at 4 Merchants Place, which was in an excellent location. Very close to plenty of lovely bars, restaurants and shops. The booking process was straight forward and the arrival information was clear and thorough. It was an added bonus that we were offered an earlier check in at no extra charge. The apartment was extremely well kept and had everything you could need. Thank you for hosting us. We will definitely be back 😊

We will be back! This past June we spent 14 nights at 21 Granville Terrace and are planning to come back for another seven nights in late October. We found the flat to have lots of space, bright, airy, and had all the amenities we needed. The bedroom with its large closet and shelving unit allowed us to unpack our suitcases. Fantastic stay at The Mitchell, Fossgate Apartments, York! Thank you to our host who very kindly held my booking for 18 months until I was well enough to enjoy the break. Unfortunately the day before my original booking I was rushed to hospital with a heart attack and then a week later was also diagnosed with breast cancer. We stayed at The Wesley in Fossgate in December. The location is absolutely perfect! I’d give 5 stars for that. Directions to the apartment were communicated clearly, and we were told that a season pass for the Q-Park would be waiting for us in the apartment. But when we arrived, there was nothing, so we sent a text to the provided number. We were told that housekeeping would drop off a pass to be able to leave the Q-Park without paying. Very professional company with excellent communication throughout our booking experience. We stayed at 4 Merchants Place, which was in an excellent location for exploring York, plenty of lovely little bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay, was well maintained and very secure.
