Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good prices as well and also good range of frames.
Popped in to get some help with damaged Linda Farrow glasses. Optometrist had some great advice although couldnt repair them. He also reshaped and tightened another pair of Celine glasses with no charge. Felt like an honest place, and really lovely to deal with.
I ordered sunglasses in mid-November. They promised delivery within 5-7 business days, but a month later, still no delivery. I requested a refund this Monday. They said they would issue it soon, but no refund came. For my order, I had to chase multiple times for updates, as the shop did not proactively inform me of any delays.
