Popped in to get some help with damaged Linda Farrow glasses. Optometrist had some great advice although couldnt repair them. He also reshaped and tightened another pair of Celine glasses with no charge. Felt like an honest place, and really lovely to deal with.
I ordered sunglasses in mid-November. They promised delivery within 5-7 business days, but a month later, still no delivery. I requested a refund this Monday. They said they would issue it soon, but no refund came. For my order, I had to chase multiple times for updates, as the shop did not proactively inform me of any delays. Come here for better asian fit glasses. They have ultra light frames and thicker nose padding for more comfort! I got two pairs of lool frames. Great service and good communication. It took a while for the frames to be delivered to Australia, but they were always responsive and kept me updated.
