I was referred by a friend here and I could say this is the best gym I have been to especially if your looking for that 1 one on one. You have personal training sessions here and small class workouts (not overcrowded). You get nothing but good vibes here. Every one is so kind and caring. Darren is an excellent coach. He understands how to help you achieve your goals. I appreciate how much he pushes me to lift heavier weights, and do extra reps.
FANTASTIC private gym and studio! Highly recommend Be Lifted for newbies and experienced folks alike. I have been with them since Day 1 was able to get in the best shape of my life and maintain it even after 2 kids!!
