In short last Sunday our water heater stoped working and all of a sudden we had no hot water. I contacted BE IN COMFORT and he suggested that I first contact PG&E since they offer next day free check up just to make sure it's not a simple fix to save me money. We rent and this unit is over 20 years so I tried to start it and failed.
