Great Service! Hormoz showed up within the timeframe indicated. He showed me parts needed and explained everything. He went out of his way to replace a ceiling air filter and vent cover for me also. I called larger companies initially and because my unit is older…. They just wanted to push a new unit on me. ( I didn’t like that.) I will definitely use Be In Comfort again!
My air conditioner was making a loud screeching sound. It's 23 years old, so I didn't know what to expect. Hormoz came out and told me it was the motor that turned the fan, that was making the noise. It's one of the few parts that can be replaced in this old ac unit. We had an ongoing issue with our AC unit with no luck. That’s when I reached out to Be In Comfort. Hormoz came out to inspect the system, and within just 10 minutes, he identified the source of the noise and quickly fixed it. He also noticed that the condenser hadn’t been installed level. He took the time to properly level the outdoor unit, and now we’re finally able to sleep peacefully.
