Great Service! Hormoz showed up within the timeframe indicated. He showed me parts needed and explained everything. He went out of his way to replace a ceiling air filter and vent cover for me also. I called larger companies initially and because my unit is older…. They just wanted to push a new unit on me. ( I didn’t like that.) I will definitely use Be In Comfort again!
My air conditioner was making a loud screeching sound. It's 23 years old, so I didn't know what to expect. Hormoz came out and told me it was the motor that turned the fan, that was making the noise. It's one of the few parts that can be replaced in this old ac unit. The other company I had come look at it, didn't even mention they could replace this piece, they just wanted to replace the whole unit. That was Mels and I won't ever call them again.
