My husband and I found Coach Kimmie at Be Healthy Nutrition Weight Loss and Wellness after searching for sustainable nutrition guidance. We couldn't be more happy with our experience! We spent time with her weekly, learning about our specific needs, and she offered support and guidance that we're confident we will be able to stick with for years to come. I am in LOVE with the new Watermelon electrolyte powder! Anita delivered again on her promise! It dissolves immediately in water and has no dyes or artificial ingredients. I start every morning with it and feel fueled for the day. Highly recommend you grab one and incorporate it into your routine. So worth popping in and signing up for a full body scan and consult too!. Being intentional with nutrition and exercise with Anita’s support is exactly what I needed to see results out the gate in 2026.

Anita and her staff our wonderful. It was so eye opening to get the body scan in office. I’ve purchased her electrolytes many times. They are delicious! It’s a one stop shop to buy clean protein snacks to grab on the go. Highly recommend this woman owned business
