I went and picked up my favorite liquid protein shots from Be Healthy because they help me reach my nutrition goals when I am on the goal. I also wanted to try the new watermelon electrolytes because I heard they were dye-free. Me and my kiddos absolutely love the flavor and the little pick-me-up they give us throughout the day.
