Absolutely wonderful to chat to, made me comfortable and was very welcoming. Will be coming back
Have had two sessions with Jo now. Both Jo and Ella (Office manager) have been lovely to work with. Lovely environment also and beautiful office (less clinical feeling and very relaxing). Look forward to my next appointment.
Never called me back when she said she would. Zero empathy during the one time I got to see them.
