When the hairdresser was rinsing my hair. She kept rubbing the side of my head with the water sprayer after telling her multiple times that it was hurting me. Also, she over processed my hair. I literally don’t have a money piece in the front, it all fell off. She also did not cover my gray hair after telling her about 4 times (nicely) that it was my biggest insecurity and if she could please cover it for me. If you want a beautiful cut and color, this is the place to go! First time I’ve ever gone and im in love with my hair. Having dark and thick hair can be tricky to color and cut but at BE Hair Loft they have great knowledge and techniques. Definitely give them a try, you wont be disappointed!
