I received a quote of around $350 on the phone. I had used them in the past and it was fine. Told them my rooms were bigger than the 300 ft and they said the tech would give me a price. NEVER did they say it could double. I expected $100-$150 more. When the technician came out and did measurements, it almost doubled the price. He did fine, but it's rotten that they put him in that position.
Technician no showed the first appointment. The second and third appointment he came to throw chemicals on a soiled area from a a puppy. He never vacuumed the carpet nor did he clean it. The smell is just as bad as it was before and we’re out $200+. Very disappointed!
Be Green steam cleaned my carpets two days ago. They did an EXCELLENT job. I don't normally write reviews, but because I had a horrible job done by another company, which Be Green was able to fix, I felt the need to write a review for. They got out many stains and did a job very well done. Thank you Be Green!

This is a bait and switch company that has no intention of charging you what they quoted. They will charge you 2-3 times the cost but won’t tell you until they are in the middle of the job. They are a scam. We asked them specifically about the fine print over the phone and described our house and exact square footage over the phone they gave us a quote based on that. I used this company after i was leaving an apartment for a final cleaning. It was through *******. When the tech came he was very unprofessional and then started adding on other charges. So what was a quick $20 clean turned out to be over $100. I had no other options as i was leaving the next day and the cleaning wasnt even that good. Now it could just be that this employee was a crook and upcharging on his own but they employed him.
