I would give this [negative]-5 stars if possible. I ate a sandwich at the US Bank Stadium after seeing the "gluten free" sign. I asked 3 times if he was sure the cranberry wildrice bread was GF, he assured me it was, pointed to the sign and referred to himself as "the chef". I took a couple bites and knew it was NOT in fact GF. Within an hour, I was violently throwing up and missed the entire event I had purchased expensive ticket for.
