B&E did a remodel for me and I just can't say enough good things about them. They were communicative, worked super hard to keep things in budget and every one of their staff and subs were professional. They just did an amazing job on every aspect of the project, Oh...and I am REALLY picky about finishing work

Came to do an estimate and said they would get back to us with a detailed project estimate (we had some variables). About a month later of no contact, we received a letter saying that they couldn't do our project. I guess we weren't big enough spenders for their time. At least call the next day or email right away saying that you don't think you're a fit. Don't wait a month to send a letter. The big welcome folder they give you is probably part of the reason why they need to only take $$$$ projects. Not a good fit for us.
