Kim is such a fantastic instructor! Her class is challenging in the best way. She did an amazing job explaining the movements, keeping the class motivated, and making sure everyone had good form. If she saw someone struggling she is quick to give modifications. I love that she does the first few sets of each workout with you and her great music choice. I had a wonderful class with Pilates instructor, Sarah W. She was very hospitable and welcoming. Her accommodating attitude and graciousness were truly pleasant and positive. I definitely recommend Be Fit for reformer style Pilates. *Grip socks are required
