So I just took my first class yesterday with Syd W. Omg the vibe and playlist was chefs kiss. Literally first Pilates studio I been to that played hip hop during the session. It made me want to work even harder. Now did I wake up sore the next morning…yes but do I feel accomplished YES!
I started coming here right when this studio opened and love it! It’s clean, spacious, and modern. I enjoy the intensity level here.
