Be Fit Food is fantastic! Not only does the food taste great, it's all healthy and backed by expert nutritionists. Kate is a great person who puts everything into helping people eat well. I highly recommend.
Worst food i have ever tried to eat. Sloppy, loaded with pepper to give it taste. Ate 3 meals out of 21, put the rest in the bin. Not fit for human consumtion. $300 plus failure. Never again. If you want a dietary program, ho with the tried and tested.

I have recently tried the protein balls and the choc-caramel smoothie. These are very easy snacks to have on the go or at work, and they also tastes good as well! Highly recommend!
The results are awesome but the food itself is far from 'delicious'. The textures are weird, the flavours are odd and sometimes I didn't even know what I was eating, but it certainly wasn't whatever they called it.
