The results are awesome but the food itself is far from 'delicious'. The textures are weird, the flavours are odd and sometimes I didn't even know what I was eating, but it certainly wasn't whatever they called it.

They’re packed with veggies, so I feel good giving them to the kids too — and the best part is, they actually eat them without complaint!

Tasty and clean eating… and best of all it’s convenient, there’s no wastage as I can keep these in the freezer for months. When I’m not ready to do a full program or metabolic reset (usually once per quarter), I stock the work freezer with meals, so I always have healthy lunches ready to go. The protein balls and dim sim snacks are the best!
