Hats off to Be Cool A/C & Heating for their quick response and service for my non-cooling A/C. I called for service on Monday and was given help with rechecking thermostat on the phone. When that failed, I called back and a tech, Rider, was ringing my doorbell at 7:50 am Tuesday morning. He found the problem, ordered the parts, and scheduled service. That same afternoon at 3:40 pm, two guys came to repair the unit. Thanks to Be Cool for your excellent service!
Excellent service, great communication. Love that I get the same service guy, Rider, every time they come out. He’s informative, gives great explanations, and provides photos of everything being done and is extremely polite. Office staff, Amber and Suzzanne are great.
