October 2025. Anthony recently rejoined Be Cool and he came to do my fall preventative service. Anthony was very professional, checked the entire system and replaced the contactor. The VIP program gives a discount on repairs as well as providing spring and fall checkups. I am very pleased with Be Cool and will continue to highly recommend them. Spring 2025. I have been using Be Cool AC & Heating since 2019 when they installed a complete new unit in my home. I continue to be so impressed and pleased with the work done by Beau and his team as they continue maintenance service twice a year. Beau and/or his team thoroughly explains what is done during the service call so I can understand. Rider (my requested technician) helped me figure out what filters I need and what was a good price. I pay a yearly fee to have him come in the fall to check the heater system, and in the spring to check AC. They wash the inside of compressor outside to get everything clean and ready to withstand our rough summers.
Perfect installation. Great customer service. All the installion crew were 100%.
