I love this gym so much! My only regret? Not going a long, long time ago.
I came back to the Cape area for the holidays and needed a place to workout for a week. I usually go to my old stomping grounds when home, but through social media and family, heard about Be Chosen Fitness and thought I'd give them a shot. I was absolutely blown away! This gym has so much to offer! They have tons of equipment, weights, bands, boxing equipment, flex space and even some specialty peices like a pendulum squat & PitShark. This is one of the best gyms I have been a member of. Just the perfect place to workout in cape.
the staff was friendly and the owner she was pretty helpful and understanding. I appreciate her giving me the tour and letting me workout there. It's a neat gym and different. Whoever see the review go give it try and get tour you won't regret it. Thor(God of thunder ⚡)
