I've visited here a few times, met the members, and talked with the owner, Blaine, quite a bit. You can tell he loves what he does, his members love him, and they have great camaraderie. It's not a huge gym, and the members also make an effort to get, so you won't feel lost in the crowd. Blaine is helpful and great at breaking things down for even the most novice. Give it a try if you're considering it!
Best gym ever!!! I’m down 30 pounds since I joined 18 months ago. The programming is amazing and can be scaled to every level. Blaine is a very talented coach. He is motivated, definitely knows his stuff and most importantly - his jokes are hilarious. Don’t join unless you want to get JACKED while laughing a lot and being surrounded by an amazing community. 6 stars

Came to visit for Festivus Games. Nice people & great gym.
Competed in the 2025 Festivus Games this past weekend, hosted by Be Better CrossFit. They did an outstanding job! Everyone - from the judges to the fellow athletes - was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I drove over 9 hours to compete here, and I’m so glad I did. The owner, Blaine, and the entire crew were super organized and made the day run smoothly and feel fun for everyone. Oh…and I can’t forgot to mention the gym horse…I mean dog…was the best part!
