We are a small CrossFit Box in Spicewood TX and we are excited to welcome anyone that wants to compete against themselves and uplift their neighbors. ​ There are rumors that heart throb celebrities, Olympic gold medalists and professional athletes have worked out here. I started these rumors on July 4th, 2022 when we opened our doors. I am excited to continue spreading rumors and having a space that is welcoming to all with the simple and powerful plan to Be Better. ​ We look forward to seeing you!

Best gym ever!!! I’m down 30 pounds since I joined 18 months ago. The programming is amazing and can be scaled to every level. Blaine is a very talented coach. He is motivated, definitely knows his stuff and most importantly - his jokes are hilarious. Don’t join unless you want to get JACKED while laughing a lot and being surrounded by an amazing community. 6 stars

Came to visit for Festivus Games. Nice people & great gym.
Competed in the 2025 Festivus Games this past weekend, hosted by Be Better CrossFit. They did an outstanding job! Everyone - from the judges to the fellow athletes - was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I drove over 9 hours to compete here, and I’m so glad I did. The owner, Blaine, and the entire crew were super organized and made the day run smoothly and feel fun for everyone. Oh…and I can’t forgot to mention the gym horse…I mean dog…was the best part! I could say it saved my life. The best decision I have made to jump start my health journey. Initially I was skeptic this was the right place to start as a novice to all types of movement or exercise. But Blaine was consistently ensuring that I was correctly trained , at my level yet challenged for growth. His patience and care for his entire team is worth admiring.
