I called to find out more information and the guy that answered sounded annoyed, got transferred and the lady couldn’t tell me the difference and suggested i looked it up online, and obviously i had done that but i had questions about it. Would def NEVER consider this place, if they treat potential clients like that. Very unprofessional.
Today marks the 2 months since my surgery. I finally decided to do the surgery because found what I wanted. I didn’t want to be cut and I wanted to do it because my diabetes was out of control. Before the surgery I was taking 70 units of insulin in the morning and 100 units at night and metformin 2000 milligrams. This is an amazing organization. From the moment I sent an inquiry about their services they have provided exceptional care. Giovanna made sure the process from beginning to end was easy! She was available to answer text messages anytime of day. She made sure I had someone to care for me after the procedure since I traveled alone. I cannot thank her enough. Dr. Bustamante was wonderful! My procedure was only 20 minutes and I have had no pain! I do not have a single complaint. I would do it 100 times over!

I highly recommend Dr. Bustamante and his team for anyone looking to change their life for the better. I got my ESG procedure by Dr. Bustamante back in October and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. Dr. Bustamante is very knowledgeable and his team is excellent and extremely professional. They come highly recommended.
