This is an excellent way to treat yourself. You feel refreshed, rejuvenated and more grounded after the float. The people who own this sacred space are very warm, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly encourage everyone to try it once! You won't be disappointed!!
My Experience at Be and Be Well was amazing, I attended a sweat lodge my first night!! I had such an incredible time in the Sensory Depravation tank, coming out feeling more refreshed than I have in a long time!! Shanti and Jay are wonderful hosts and healers!! I ate delicious herbs and greens from the garden and got to lay out on their "beach"! I will be back! Thanks again!!
