Don't bother coming to this studio if you're actually trying to take a class. Three of us showed up for the scheduled 9:15 am barre class this morning (two of us were new clients) and the studio was closed with no instructor in sight so we were forced to leave. One of the women who is a regular said that the studio had recently been taken over by a new owner who has let it go downhill. Pathetic way to run a business -- looks like I'll be sticking with Pure Barre in Greenville moving forward.

Showed up for the 8:45am class on November 30th and the studio was completely closed. The class wasn’t even the first one of the morning according to the schedule there was a 7:30 yoga class! Had signed up through classpass and received no notification that the class would be canceled. There was another woman waiting outside in the same situation I was in. Called the front desk three times with no answer. Completely unacceptable customer service.

I had issues two days in a row with scheduling a Barre class through ClassPass. The time was listed incorrectly on the app and so when I showed up for the class it was already finished. The staff member was nice enough but was not particularly apologetic and did nothing to help me other than suggest that I come to another class later that day. Everything I LOVE about an exercise studio...great classes, friendly people and nice clean space. It's a WINNER!!!
